| Total cost? FREE if you have white-out, glitter glue, and a paper clip. Directions? Use white-out to paint a base-coat on nails, then add a dab of glitter glue after it dries and swirl it with the paperclip. Let glue dry and . . . LOOK FABULOUS!! |
